If you have anyone that fits, let me know About the job Position Summary: As a Senior Software Engineer on a rapidly growing Digital Solutions team in Minneapolis, MN, you'll collaborate closely with engineers and scientists to develop applications for next-generation medical technology products. Responsibilities: Provide software expertise for new products and updates to existing products. Determine system software design requirements. Participate in software design reviews to ensure adherence to best practices, including coding, unit testing, security, scalability, and maintainability. Monitor and implement system improvements to enhance efficiency. Build and deploy advanced patient management and support services on Azure using .NET Core, C#, Python, and other supporting languages. Generate system, software, security, and risk management documents. Assist with system, software, security, and risk management documentation. Test, debug, and document integration solutions while enhancing existing components to meet business needs and comply with applicable regulations and processes. Ensure compliance with industry standards for medical devices. Adhere to quality system, regulatory, legal, and business requirements throughout product development and market delivery. Create, control, and store software source and executable code. Support customers as assigned. Required Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Software, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience. 6+ years of progressive software development experience. Proven expertise in designing, developing, and delivering innovative software technology. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree in Engineering, Software, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Experience with cloud development in Azure and/or AWS. Proficiency in software development using .NET, C#, and/or Python. Experience in mobile application development.
