Title: Workday Security Administrator Location: Atlanta, Georgia Description: A Workday Security Administrator is responsible for managing the HR and Financial applications by maintaining custom security groups, roles, domains, and policies within the Workday system. The key responsibilities include conducting audits to ensure security alignment, overseeing system activity, and collaborating with Business Analysts to implement security requirements for the State agencies while maintaining the segregation of duties. While the intent may be a long-term tenure, this position is subject to annual budget restrictions. The initial contract is through the end of this fiscal year and is anticipated to be renewed July 1st and/or possibility of a full-time offer. Required / Desired Skills Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience Expertise in managing Business Processes and Domain Security Policies. Required 6 Years Proficiency in configuring and managing Workday Custom Security Groups (e.g., Role-Based, User-Based). Required 6 Years Proficiency in Workday User Provisioning and De-Provisioning processes. Required 6 Years Proficiency in Workday HCM and security modules with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve access and security issues. Required 6 Years Ability to configure/security/reports migrations from one environment to another using Workday Object Transporter (OX 2.0). Required 6 Years Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, information assurance, or a related field from an accredited college or university AND Six years of information technology experience, Four years of which in Workday security. Note: An equivalent combination of education and job-specific experience that provided the knowledge, experience, and competencies required to successfully perform the job at the level listed may be substituted on a year-over-year basis.
