Job Title: IICS (Informatica) Developer Duration: Long term Contract Location: Columbia, SC - REMOTE Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Informatica Cloud Developer to design, develop, and maintain data integration solutions using Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS). The ideal candidate will work closely with data architects, analysts, and other IT professionals to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility. Responsibilities: Design and Development: Create and maintain data integration workflows and mappings using IICS. Develop ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources. Configure and manage Informatica's cloud services to meet business requirements. Design and implement application integration solutions using IICS components like Processes, Service Connectors, and Process Objects Develop and integrate APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange between systems Preferred Experience: Demonstrated ability to load data into Salesforce and implement listeners in IICS to monitor Salesforce platform events Solution Design & Architecture: Contribute in design sessions to define scalable and maintainable technical solutions that meet business needs. Create high-level solution designs, prototypes, and documentation to ensure alignment with business goals and system architecture. Data Quality and Governance: Implement and manage data quality and governance policies. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in all data integration activities. Documentation: Document data integration and application integration processes, workflows, and mappings. Maintain comprehensive documentation for all data integration solutions. Agile Development & Collaboration: Participate in Agile development processes, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Ensure smooth and efficient code deployment in IICS Alpha, BETA, UAT and Production, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines. Deployment & Maintenance: Oversee code merging and deployments, ensuring changes are effectively transitioned from development to production. Troubleshoot and resolve data integration and application integration issues promptly. Optimize and enhance the performance of data workflows and mappings. Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and third-party vendors to gather and refine requirements, ensuring solutions are aligned with business objectives. Provide comprehensive documentation and training to users to ensure the successful adoption of new features and processes. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in data integration using Informatica IICS. Strong experience with application integration and API calling. Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and processes. Expertise in data loading to Salesforce. Knowledge of SQL and database management. Added advantage to have experience with nCino Bank Operating System / Salesforce Data loads. Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with SCRUM methodologies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Informatica or related technologies is a plus. nCino Certifications (e.g., nCino 101, 201) are preferred. Familiarity with Salesforce and its object. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
