This role requires working within the PST time zone. Must-Have: Oracle Security and Controls with HCM Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and manage security and controls for Oracle HCM Cloud applications. Utilize PaaS to enhance the security and functionality of Oracle HCM modules. Manage and configure Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) to ensure secure access and user management. Ensure security compliance and manage security risks within Oracle HCM and RMS environments. Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to protect sensitive data. Conduct regular security audits, identify vulnerabilities, and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security best practices into system development and deployment processes. Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on security-related issues and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Proven experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Security and Controls, with a focus on application security and cyber security. Strong understanding of PaaS, Oracle IDCS, and RMS. Extensive experience with Oracle HCM modules. Demonstrated ability to manage security in complex cloud environments. Cyber security experience is essential, with a deep understanding of current threats and mitigation strategies. Relevant certifications in Oracle HCM Cloud, Cyber Security, or related areas are a plus. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, aligned with the PST time zone.
