This role is fully remote but will be required to work EST hours; preference given to candidates commutable to the Montvale Office (for quarterly meetings, etc). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data modeling and integration, with the ability to take data from various enterprise systems and design a cohesive data architecture. You'll be responsible for mapping data elements, defining relationships, and creating a centralized data model to support reporting and analytics. Experience with common data modeling tools is essential. This role requires the ability to work with multiple data sources, including cloud-based HR and CRM systems. Prior hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, S/4 HANA, and/or Salesforce is preferred but not mandatory. The most important qualifications are your data modeling expertise and your talent for synthesizing information from disparate systems.
