Duration: 12+ Months Contract Candidate must have LinkedIn and must be local to TX. MUST HAVES: Pega CSA/CSSA mandatory and having LSA certification is plus 7+ years of Application / production support of Pega PRPC environments which includes full AppDev life cycle (design, configuration, testing, debugging, implementation, and support of large-scale, business centric and process-based applications) 5+ years of experience with REST APIs, SQL, and tools like Postman for developing and maintaining software solutions and web technologies (e.g., JavaScript, HTML5, Ajax) Duties: SP Front End RX Processing is growing out their Pega Support team. This team is focused on troubleshooting and resolving critical production issues, maintaining system stability, and developing innovative solutions using Pega PRPC. The team collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless software operations and continuous improvement in a dynamic, agile environment. First line of defense in finding the root cause of development and production issues Desire to work in application support space Passion for learning and desire to explore all areas of IT Ability to ramp up fast on a system architectures Pega PRPC experience highly desirable Pega CSA/CSSA mandatory and having LSA certification is plus Provide expertise, tools, and assistance to operations, development, and support teams for critical production issues and maintenance Troubleshoot production issues, diagnose the problem, and implement a solution Work cross-functionally with the support team, development team and business team to efficiently address customer issues. Active member of high-performance software development and support team in an agile environment. Support, maintain and participate in the development of state-of-the-art software technology platforms utilizing Microsoft, Linux, and Cloud and Web technologies Skills: Experience with SQL, Postman, Java, HTML5 and REST API's Experience with web technologies including: Ajax, JavaScript Experience with Selenium Grid, Sauce Labs, and Launch Darkly would be helpful Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills Structured, methodical approach to systems development and troubleshooting Ability to ramp up fast on a system architecture Pega PRPC experience Pega CSA/CSSA mandatory and having LSA certification is plus Experience designing and developing process-based solutions or BPM (business process management) Experience in various rules and features like Flows, Activities, User Interface, Flow Actions, Agents, SLA, Correspondence, Single-Sign-On, External Authentication, PRPC Security, Reports, Listeners (File, MQ), Connectors and SOAP Services etc Experience in full PRPC implementation cycle including enterprise Class Structure design and Rulesets design Enforce best practices in PEGA architecture / design / coding.
