The ideal candidate will craft UX strategies aligned with business goals, create low-fidelity wireframes, and optimize customer journeys. He/she will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design seamless workflows, leveraging SAP Spartacus and headless architecture for responsive, accessible designs. Develop UX strategies for SAP Commerce Cloud, focusing on usability and personalization. Design low-fidelity wireframes and prototypes for key workflows (e.g., product browsing, checkout). Conduct user research, journey mapping, and usability testing. Ensure designs meet accessibility (WCAG) standards and support omnichannel experiences. Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to implement and iterate on designs. Qualifications: Proven experience in UX design for e-commerce platforms. Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Understanding of SAP Commerce Cloud, Spartacus, and headless architecture.
