Job Title: Sr. Business Systems Analyst Job Duration: 8 Months Job Location: Mahwah, NJ Onsite Role and onsite interview Sr. Business Systems Analyst: He/She collaborates with organizational stakeholders and senior management to establish and implement processes that enhance efficiency and improve work products for the enterprise. The Business Analyst serves as a liaison between the business community and Information Services (I.S.). This position elicits and analyzes business needs for highly complex projects and validates that solutions fit within the long-term strategic vision. The Business Systems Analyst determines the impact and integration of solutions to business processes and systems. He/She ensures Business Systems Analysis (BSA) work products conform to quality and content standards. This position stays current on industry best practices, standards, trends, tools, and techniques. Candidates must be able to take initiative, work with minimal supervision and begin projects independently. Minimum Qualifications: Experience with Lean Agile, Business Process Analysis, Business Process and Requirements Elicitation, Requirements Analysis/Documentation and User Stories Management Active Listening, Organizational Skills, Requirements Elicitation and Documentation skills Ability to facilitate cross-functional sessions to elicit requirements, identify business and/or technical impacts and assist with resolving project impediments Ability to multitask and work on highly complex projects with a positive attitude Familiarity with Agile and scrum concepts Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to deliver artifacts meant for Executive Level Stakeholders Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or the equivalent in education and work experience Skill/Experience/Education Experience with Lean Agile Methodologies and Ceremonies Meeting Facilitation and Artifacts Produce Meeting Minutes Advanced MS Word Advanced MS Visio or similar to produce process flows Advanced MS Excel MS Project to manage cross workstream deliverables and dependencies Agile Collaboration Tools Utilization of Reporting and Analytics Tools to develop and deliver project related metrics Payroll Skill/Experience/Education Mandatory SkillsExperience with Lean Agile Methodologies and Ceremonies Meeting Facilitation and Artifacts Produce Meeting Minutes Advanced MS Word Advanced MS Visio or similar to produce process flows Advanced MS Excel MS Project to manage cross workstream deliverables and dependencies Agile Collaboration Tools Utilization of Reporting and Analytics Tools to develop and deliver project related metrics Desired SkillsEnter Skills Here Skill Cellular Device Type Search Regards _______________________________ Suryangi Resource Consultings Services Inc.
