Job Title: Product Analyst/ Product Owner Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid) - Open to candidates from NC and nearby states only Type: Contract Experience: 8+ yearsJob Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Product Analyst to collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories within an Agile framework. The role focuses on delivering Banking Domain capabilities while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and successful project execution.Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and refine the Voice of Customers (VOC), distinguishing needs from wants, and documenting detailed requirements using Jira. Develop use cases, user stories, process flows, and visualizations to ensure clarity for delivery teams. Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment of project deliverables with business goals. Drive consensus across multiple business units, challenge assumptions, and propose solutions to business challenges. Prioritize requirements in partnership with product owners and manage the backlog to align with strategic goals. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful delivery and deployment of capabilities. Monitor post-deployment activities, addressing bugs and enhancements as needed. Maintain compliance within the scope of responsibility and participate in compliance-related activities.Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor s Degree or equivalent. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within the Banking Domain. Direct experience in cross-functional process improvement initiatives. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including experience documenting user stories in tools like Jira. Hands-on experience with SAFe Agile and Program Increment (PI) processes. Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Proven ability to communicate technical concepts in non-technical terms. Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills. Demonstrates a test-and-learn mindset to innovate and improve processes continuously.
