Proven experience in developing and executing communication plans for complex projects. Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, engaging communications for diverse audiences. Strong understanding of change management principles and the ability to tailor communication strategies to different organizational contexts. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including SAP project teams, business leaders, and external vendors. Experience with digital communication tools (e.g., SharePoint, internal communications platforms, email marketing software) is a plus. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Ability to work independently, yet collaborate effectively in a team environment. Preferred Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Familiarity with agile methodologies and how they impact communication strategies in fast-moving project environments.
