Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automation tools. Proven experience in leading and mentoring technical teams. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Preferred Qualifications: Experience with big data tools like Kafka, Spark, or Hadoop. Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with data streaming and real-time processing solutions. AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional or similar certifications.
