Looking for enterprise level experience, not infrastructure. Your future duties and responsibilities: Lead end-to-end project management for application and data integration initiatives, including scoping, planning, execution, and delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and create detailed project plans. Ensure seamless integration with SAP systems, aligning projects with best practices and organizational goals. Manage project resources, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies effectively and proactively. Coordinate with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and third-party vendors to ensure project alignment and delivery. Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, RAID logs, and change logs on a timely basis. Proactively identify and resolve project roadblocks to ensure successful delivery. Foster clear and open communication across teams, providing regular updates to stakeholders Required qualifications to be successful in this role: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. PMP or equivalent project management certification is strongly preferred. Timeliness, accuracy, and professionalism. 5+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on data integration and application integration projects. Must have experience with SAP integration. Looking for enterprise level experience, not infrastructure. Familiarity in the HR space and SAP modules a plus Solid understanding of data integration methodologies, APIs, and middleware technologies. Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and motivate teams. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Planview). Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
