The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Epic EHR, specifically Beacon and Willow modules, and will hold a WI Pharmacist License. This role involves attending market-level Epic Willow pharmacy governance meetings, acting as the primary liaison with market operator ops pharmacy leaders, and prioritizing incoming requests in ServiceNow. Key Responsibilities: Attend and participate in market-level Epic Willow pharmacy governance meetings. Serve as the primary liaison with market operator ops pharmacy leaders. Prioritize and manage incoming requests in ServiceNow. Perform run-the-business tasks, including attending committees on clinical practice and managing Epic EHR for medications. Work extensively with Epic and ServiceNow, ensuring smooth operation and integration. Understand and manage clinical and pharmacy-specific workflows, therapy plans, and order sets. Qualifications: Beacon and/or Willow Epic Certification. WI Pharmacist License. 5-7 years of experience with Epic EHR. Proficiency in ServiceNow, including tasks, incidents, demands, and projects. Strong understanding of clinical and pharmacy-specific workflows. Familiarity with Google Workspace.
