Ability troubleshoot other developer's code and take ownership of fixes. 2. Integration and APIs: Expertise in integrating Salesforce with other systems using REST, SOAP, or platform events. Familiarity with middleware tools like MuleSoft or Informatica. 4. Data Modeling and Management: Skill in designing data models, creating custom objects, and managing data quality. Knowledge of data security, sharing rules, and data migration. 5. Solution Architecture: Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions (while working closely with business analysts and solution architects). Experience with solution design, including scalability, performance, and maintainability. 6. DevOps and Release Management: Understanding of version control (e.g., Git), continuous integration, and deployment. Copado experience is required. Troubleshooting skills for production issues.
