Title: OCM End User Experience SME Duration: 12+ Months Location: 100% Remote Must Have: Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) Microsoft 365 (M365) Government Community Cloud (GCC) environment Job description: OCM/User Experience SME Assess and map the impact of AVD/M365 GCC migration on different user groups, identifying potential challenges and resistance to change. Design and execution of change management plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and user readiness. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop tailored communication strategies that effectively inform users about the AVD/M365 migration process and timeline. Work closely with the technical teams to identify UX challenges and make recommendations to improve user interfaces, workflows, and overall experience in the new GCC environment. Required skills/qualifications: Relevant certifications in change management or UX are a plus. Experience in Organizational Change Management , user adoption, or UX roles, particularly in cloud migrations (Microsoft 365, Azure, or similar platforms). Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a simple and clear manner.
