Our team is responsible to help with Manual Review of Potential matches in our Master Data Management tool (Reltio). We have a huge backlog of +600,000 of records that need to be reviewed over the coming months. The work will be 100% performing a manual review of potential match records. These records can be People or Organizations or a Location. We review all the attributes, and we are using Google or Co-Pilot (chatGPT) to help identify whether it is the same person or the same organization, and then we make the decision to Merge or set the records as 'Not a Match'. Requirements: Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Strong math skills and business acumen, interpret data, and be curious. Excel intermediate skills required: pivot tables, lookups, text functions, date functions, boolean logic, charts, dashboard design. Master Data Management experience is a plus.
