Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions using Power BI. Handle and manage data sources that are subject to change, ensuring data integrity and consistency. Rework and optimize a large amount of existing reporting collateral to fit the new data model and standards. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver actionable insights. Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data presented in reports and dashboards. Provide training and support to team members on Power BI usage and best practices. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role. Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX and Power Query. Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes. Ability to manage and integrate multiple data sources. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
