Job Title: Scrum Master Seattle or near Seattle -Hybrid Contract Job Responsibilities: Responsible for guiding and coaching our agile development team in the successful implementation of SAP projects. Play a critical role in ensuring that our development processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with Agile principles. Serve as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile development teams, facilitating the Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective) and ensuring the team follows Scrum principles and practices. Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies, best practices, and continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and stakeholders to define and prioritize project requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. Drive the adoption of Agile principles and practices across the organization, promoting transparency, collaboration, and a culture of continuous improvement. Identify and remove impediments or blockers that may hinder the progress or effectiveness of the development team. Work closely with the development team to facilitate the creation and management of product backlogs, sprint planning, and sprint reviews. Leverage your expertise in SAP to provide guidance and support in the implementation of SAP projects, ensuring that Agile methodologies are effectively applied. Monitor and report on the progress of projects, keeping stakeholders informed of the team's accomplishments, challenges, and any adjustments required. Availability for periodic evening and weekend work as project demands require. Requirements and qualifications: 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile software development environment. Proven track record of successfully delivering SAP projects using Agile methodologies. Experience in SAP implementations, including SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP is a plus. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and frameworks, such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean Agile. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Certification as a Scrum Master (e.g., CSM, PSM) is preferred.
