Expertise in designing program specifications and implementing software solutions across various environments. Preferred Skills: BA/BS Degree in a technology-related field or equivalent. Experience in object-oriented design, SQL Server, T-SQL, and SSIS packages. Familiarity with Microsoft Team Foundation Server, Azure DevOps, GIS mapping software, and React, Angular, or Backbone. Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills. Additional Requirements: Prior experience working on federal, state, or local government projects is preferred.
