Role : SAP HR/HCM Consultant Location : Remote Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience (X+ years) working with SAP HR/HCM modules (Personnel Management, Organizational Management, Payroll, Time Management, Benefits, etc.). Strong understanding of HR business processes and how they can be mapped to SAP HR/HCM. Experience with SAP HCM configurations, customization, and integration with other modules. Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors (cloud-based HR solutions) is a plus. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the SAP HR/HCM system. Experience in system testing, data migration, and post-implementation support. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Preferred Skills: SAP HR certification or other relevant SAP certifications. Experience with SAP Fiori and SAP S/4HANA. Knowledge of local labor laws, payroll processing, and compliance requirements. Familiarity with Agile methodologies for project management.
