Job Title:- Lead Test Designer Location:- Worcester, MA (Hybrid) Job Description: About the job Our client in central Massachusetts is a seeking a Senior Test Designer with Hospital or Clinical systems experience like HL7 or similar integration. This role does not require hands on testing but is designing the testing for this project. This role is 90% remote with one day onsite a month in central Massachusetts, candidate must live in MA. This is a 4+ month role to start working on clinical systems integration. Functional Expert on Quality Assurance Processes and Tools (NOT a QA Analyst/NOT executing test cases) Experience with Clinical or Hospital Systems - Integration experience is helpful. Designs user-acceptance, functional, and integration testing for the project by coordinating with project stakeholders. Analyzes business requirements for the project. Analyzes defined solution for the project to understand technology risk. Determines right balance of testing depth and breadth versus duration such that the risk level is appropriate for the project stakeholders. Coordinates user-acceptance and functional testing work completed by others Documents the testing strategy, plan, and results according to standards Leads the testing portion of the project plan in collaboration with the project manager.
