Job: ServiceNow Architect Location : REMOTE Duration: Long Term Contract 12+ Years and passport Number is must for Submission. Job Description: Need someone who came from dev backgrounds (with ServiceNow certifications) and also have business analysis or product owner experience within ServiceNow- add filters (Product Owner, Business Analyst, CSPO, CBAP etc.). With multiple implementations and multiple modules(e.g. ITSM, ITOM, CSM, Asset, Portal, etc. ) Job Description: Experience & knowledge in Asset Management (ITAM), Order Mgmt (part of CSM module), Service portal framework, Knowledge mgmt, Domain Separation. There will be a need for some customization, so solution design is required skill. Experience in leveraging ServiceNow best practices in designing solutions. Good to have experience in Scripting in ServiceNow, AngularJS, Bootstrap, CSS, HTML and Agent Workspaces implementation Experience with SNOW enterprise Portal . Experience in designing integration architecture with ServiceNow. Knowledge of ITIL processes. Relevant Certification will help to finalize the candidates.
