Job Summary:

We are seeking a mid-senior level Deskside Support Engineer with expertise in handling banking and finance domain clients, particularly with trading floor support experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the capability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on resolution for 1st to 3rd line software and hardware incidents.
Manage and fulfill service requests for IT equipment, ensuring SLA compliance.
Deliver VIP ticket handling and high-level customer service.
Perform device management using Microsoft Intune/Autopilot for laptops and desktops.
Troubleshoot hardware/software issues, including Microsoft Surface devices and VPNs (Cisco Meraki).
Support Bloomberg Terminal installations and trading floor-specific IT needs.
Handle IT asset management and maintain ITSM tools like ServiceNow and Dynamic 365.
Collaborate with offshore teams to resolve incidents and discuss ongoing issues.
Review and participate in problem management and service improvement initiatives.
Maintain process documentation and compliance with ITIL standards.
Participate in change management and data center operations when required.
Provide flexible support during non-business hours, weekends, and user home/remote office visits.Required Skills and Experience:
3-4 years of experience building laptops and desktops using Microsoft Intune/Autopilot.
Strong knowledge of Windows 10 OS, Microsoft Office 365, and networking concepts.
Proficiency in ITIL processes and IT asset management.
Experience in dynamic trading floor environments and supporting VIP clients.
Knowledge of hardware VPN solutions, Microsoft Surface Book, and hardware/driver troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Bloomberg Terminal support.
At least 1 year of experience in data center operations.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to service delivery.
Ability to work autonomously, meet tight deadlines, and coordinate with multiple teams.Certifications:
MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) or equivalent certification is require
