Job Description - Role: Human Capital Management Business Analyst (HCM BA) Location: 200 Piedmont Ave SE, Suite 1804 West Tower, Atlanta, GA 30334 Duration: Contract Experience: 8+ Interview Type: Either Web Cam or In Person Job Description: The Department of Administrative Services (DOAS), Information Technology Division, is seeking a skilled Human Capital Management (HCM) Business Analyst with strong HR systems knowledge and business analysis expertise. This role will involve business analysis, testing, requirements traceability, training, and general system support. Key Responsibilities: Document current and future-state business processes. Develop business functional and non-functional requirements. Create test plans, write scripts, and perform system testing. Provide technical support for system maintenance and enhancements. Develop user guides and supporting documentation. Deliver user training on new applications or system functionality. Provide incident support and escalate issues as needed. Act as a liaison between DOAS business units and the technical team. Ensure system functionality complies with laws, regulations, and best practices. Must-Have Skills: Proven experience in data analysis and problem-solving. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and organizational abilities. Ability to create high-quality, detailed deliverables. Ability to manage multiple deliverables and meet deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Teams. Experience with Workday HCM implementation or support. Experience supporting technology in the public sector. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree: In a related field from an accredited college or university and one year of relevant experience.
