Job Description: The Business Systems Analyst acts as a critical intermediary between the assigned line of business and the development team. This role ensures effective communication, thorough analysis, and successful delivery of solutions across all phases of the solution development lifecycle, from initiation to post-implementation follow-up. Primary Responsibilities Advocate for business clients throughout the solution development lifecycle, including initiation, analysis, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases. Conduct complex analysis to identify core business issues and map potential solutions. Translate business needs into detailed groomed requirements to guide solution development. Collaborate closely with the development team to refine solution designs and ensure successful outcomes. Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to the requirements document. Resolve conflicts stemming from technical deviations from agreed requirements. Partner with the testing team to ensure that all issues are identified and resolved before rollout. Evaluate user interactions with the solution during implementation, making modifications as necessary. Stay informed of industry best practices, resources, and trends. Potentially work across multiple business or technical areas. Mentor and assist junior staff as required. Required Qualifications At least Six (6) years of experience in business systems analysis Experience of working in Agile mandatory Proven Expertise on requirement gathering & story grooming Prior experience of working on ServiceNow modules would be a plus Technical background preferred Thanks & Regards...
