JOB DETAILS: 10+ years of experience in project management, planning, and tracking of projects, including overseeing IT projects and schedules/roadmaps from conception to completion. Candidate should have experience working with HIPAA constrained data elements and be familiar with EHR, EMR, eligibility, case management or claims processing Candidate should have 5+ years' experience working as part of an enterprise PMO with exposure to standard program and project tools, metrics, creating dashboards, project schedules, status reports, meeting agendas, etc. Candidate should have a blend of communication, IT, budget and reporting skills The ideal candidate will have led a data migration effort Deep experience in vendor management Experience with and understanding of full project and product lifecycles. Experience managing project timelines, deliverables, project scopes, risks, and leading project status meetings. Experience managing projects for governmental agencies or organizations. Experience with iterative and incremental development and the ability to adjust to changing requirements, policy changes and legislative mandates. Project budgeting, resource planning, allocation and capacity planning skills and experience. Experience with gathering and validating technology requirements for human service systems. Knowledge, experience, and understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements related to managing patient and/or health data including, but not limited to, HIPAA, HITECH, and FedRAMP. Experience managing project timelines, deliverables, project scopes, risks, and leading project status meetings. Proficiencies in MS Project, MS Office, MS Teams, SharePoint, Azure DevOps, and other project tools/software.
