CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE: Contractor staff assigned to this agreement must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience: At least two years of statutory requirements and policy development, implementation, and coordination experience. At least six years of experience in the development of Strategic Planning. At least six years of experience in presentations to senior management. At least five years of experience with clinical trauma quality improvement within Florida. CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES: SERVICE TASKS: Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified: As directed by the Department, provide a Project Manager. Ensure the Project Manager conducts the following: As directed by the Department, provide subject-matter expertise for the Bureau of Emergency Medical Oversight (BEMO) Division of Emergency Preparedness and Community Support leadership. As directed by the Department, conduct a review of BEMO Trauma program activities and develop strategies to maximize programmatic outputs for hospital trauma programs. As directed by the Department, establish a BEMO Trauma program calendar of important dates relating to trauma program initiatives and submit it to the Department Contract Manager. As directed by the Department, deliver a whitepaper and presentation to establish the vision and implementation plan for a statewide quality improvement program. As directed by the Department, create a statewide trauma monitoring tool in conjunction with the trauma registry vendor identified by the Department to identify priorities. As directed by the Department, submit the statewide trauma monitoring tool to the Department Contract Manager for the Department to review and approve. Modify and resubmit the statewide trauma monitoring tool as directed by the Department. As directed by the Department, create a training module which contains input from external stakeholders. As directed by the Department, submit the training module to the Department Contract Manager for the Department for review and approval. Modify and resubmit the training module as directed by the Department. As directed by the Department, provide consultation and recommendations in the development of strategies relating to improving accountability and BEMO Trauma program outputs for a trauma quality improvement program and for administrative and functional activities. As directed by the Department, assist the Trauma Program Manager as needed to achieve program goals and objectives. As directed by the Department, develop an evaluation tool, approved by the Department to establish a baseline for Statewide trauma performance improvement . As directed by the Department, assist the Department in the completion of internal reporting and compliance activities relating to the BEMO Public Health Infrastructure projects.
