Task Description: In this role, the individual will provide expert level business process guidance on SAP requirements and design. This individual is responsible for design, configuration and implementation of Production Planning/Production Execution in S/4HANA Greenfield implementation. Requires strong organization and communication skills and knowledge of SAP functional areas. Provides functional subject matter expertise. Required skills/Level of Experience: Ten (10) or more years of SAP experience. Possesses Subject Matter Expert (SME) experience in one or more functional/module areas. Knowledge of and experience with DOE preferred. Requires strong organization and communication skills. Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. Plans and leads major technology assignments. Evaluates performance results and recommends major changes affecting short-term project growth and success. Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments. May supervise others. Experience in software development lifecycle surrounding requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, documentation, test (unit, functional, integration, regression, stress, and user acceptance), implementation, and post production support of standard and custom business solutions supporting various SAP modules, such as ECC, BW, SCM, SRM, etc (in a Tier 3 environment) is preferred. 8+ years of experience in SAP PP configuration and implementation Strong understanding of SAP Production Planning principles and practices Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members Multiple end-to-end life cycle implementations of SAP S/4 HANA or SAP ECC Nice to have skills: DOE experience desired S/4HANA experience Local to Kansas City SAP Certification Shows initiative and goes above and beyond to assist others as needed .
