Work will be assigned through task orders addressing specific IT systems improvements. This is a multi-year, task-order-based contract to enhance our data and reporting capabilities, aligning with its operational and environmental goals. Minimum Qualifications Experience: Proposers must have at least five (5) years of experience in data system development and management. Technical Expertise: Knowledge and experience with SQL, Microsoft Power BI, and e-Builder are required. Key Personnel Needed: Project Director: Oversees all services (non-billable). Project Manager: Manages and coordinates services. Quality Manager: Ensures quality reviews and submissions. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: e-Builder- designed for construction management. Need to build forms and demonstrate expertise in it. SQL Server, SSRS PowerBI Scope of Work The scope includes tasks such as: Project Management Services Developing Data Structures in DEP systems. Advanced Reporting using SQL, Power BI, etc. Input Interface Design for existing DEP systems. Secure Public-Facing Interfaces for contract management. Technical Documentation for all new and existing features.
