Performs requirements management duties, including requirements categorization and traceability. Models current state (As-Is) and future state (To-Be) business processes. Supports business process improvement and reengineering efforts. Creates business analysis documentation, including use cases, usage scenarios, data dictionaries, and requirements traceability matrices. Facilitates lesson-learned sessions and collaboration within and across business units and IT functional areas. Collaborates with the Technical Writing team to create technical documentation. Preferred Experience/Qualification/Knowledge Skills Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field General Experience: Six (6) years of senior-level experience. 10 years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of a bachelors degree. CBAP certification (Preferred) Specialized Experience Requirements management tool experience. Business process analysis experience. Prototyping experience. Blueprint experience (Preferred) business process modeling/improvement Exceptional requirements elicitation and facilitation skills, and expertise in translating business needs into detailed requirements specifications.
