Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. Prioritize and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that it is well-organized, transparent, and reflects business priorities. Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable tasks for the development team. Work closely with development teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements, address questions, and support efficient implementation of features. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential improvements. Ensure product compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in the insurance sector. Facilitate communication between business and technical teams, acting as the primary point of contact for product-related queries. Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to identify areas for improvement and guide iterative enhancements.
