Needs to have experience in guiding a team and leading them, 2 years min. Need to have MS SQL experience. Nice to have (at least 2 of the following): Java, AIP experience and front end experience. What are the absolute required skills Looking for a Senior that can guide a team and lead to them. They are looking for someone who is able to assist the team in converting to Go Lang. What will this person be doing on a day to day basis Doing the Development sometimes will be doing production monitoring. IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING: Needs to be Flexible and adaptable, good communication skills. Be able to work well with a team. They do EOY bonuses and it is 15% of Salary based on how the company does, for reference the last few years they have gotten 200%, 130%, 150% bonus. The manager has more flexibility on the inperson requirements. For someone living an hour away he said it would be fine to be onsite 1 day a month. I think things are on a case by case basis.
