The implementation phase is complete, and this role focuses on functional enhancements and optimizations. Responsibilities: Enhance and support Payroll, Time & Labor (T&L), and Core HR modules. Work on technical tasks including Extracts, HDL, and Fast Formulas for Payroll. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions. Troubleshoot issues and provide end-user support. Requirements: Recent experience in Oracle HCM implementation projects. Strong functional expertise in T&L, Payroll, and Core HR.
