The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model, primarily during the day shift. This role does not require travel. The Consultant will be responsible for implementing and managing identity and access management solutions, ensuring the security and efficiency of our systems. .Responsibilities : - Implement and manage Sailpoint IdentityIQ solutions to ensure secure and efficient identity and access management. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design IAM solutions that meet business needs. - Provide technical expertise in the configuration, customization, and integration of Sailpoint IdentityIQ. - Conduct regular system audits and generate reports to ensure compliance with security policies and standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity and access management systems. - Develop and maintain documentation for IAM processes, procedures, and configurations. - Train and mentor junior team members on IAM best practices and Sailpoint IdentityIQ functionalities. - Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in identity and access management technologies. - Participate in the development and implementation of IAM policies and procedures. - Ensure the scalability and performance of IAM solutions to support business growth. - Provide support during IAM system upgrades and migrations. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate security risks related to identity and access management. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of IAM processes and practices. Qualifications - - Possess extensive experience in implementing and managing Sailpoint IdentityIQ solutions. - Demonstrate strong technical skills in configuring and customizing Sailpoint IdentityIQ. - Have a solid understanding of identity and access management principles and best practices. - Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. - Show proficiency in conducting system audits and generating compliance reports. - Display strong communication and collaboration skills. - Possess the ability to train and mentor junior team members effectively. - Stay updated with the latest IAM technologies and trends. - Have experience in developing and implementing IAM policies and procedures. - Demonstrate the ability to ensure the scalability and performance of IAM solutions. - Show proficiency in supporting IAM system upgrades and migrations. - Exhibit the ability to identify and mitigate security risks. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of IAM processes and practices.
