ICAM Identity, Credential, and Access Management Remote/ Contract Responsible for multifactor authentication (MFA) lifecycle management processes, current as-is state documentation, mapping and diagramming, gap analysis, and to- be future state design. Analyzing all government-identified lifecycle management processes and how they relate to legacy ICAM. Supporting the Federal Agency ICAM strategy by recommending improvements to the agency's ICAM architecture. Solutioning ICAM initiatives across the Federal Agency and providing use cases for incorporating new ICAM solutions within the agency's existing eco-system. . Defining a repeatable set of standards and integration support as needed for MFA, lifecycle management, zero trust architecture (ZTA), and legacy active directory (AD) modernization. Facilitating technical reviews and gaining required agency consensus/approval of assigned ICAM initiatives. Working with ICAM stakeholders and leveraging subject matter expertise to identify technical, security, performance, and geographic requirements and develop plans for executing the requirements. Championing requirements toward an ICAM vendor solicitation. Conduct market research across industry leading ICAM products and document product capabilities based on comparison to ICAM requirements. Evaluating new technologies and potential implementation strategies and providing benefits and challenges. Analyzing ICAM trends and latest requirements, assessing the impact of emerging security threats on the enterprise risk level, and recommending technology direction and/or adjustments to incorporate in Federal Agency strategy, solutions, and business plans. Responsible for ICAM technical analysis, solutioning, and documentation. Job Responsibilities: Required Skills/Work Experience: 6 years' experience designing, deploying, and supporting enterprise ICAM architectures Have foundational knowledge with: 1 MFA 2 SAML 3 OpenID Connect (OIDC) 4 OAuth 2.0 5 System for Cross Domain Identity Management (SCIM) 6 SOAP and Rest APIs 7 ZTA 8 Virtual directory Ability to develop and sustain positive working relationships with team and stakeholders. Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture frameworks (such as TOGAF, Zachman) to include enterprise ICAM services. Ability to assess existing ICAM solutions and make recommendations on best practices or architecture improvements. Ability to establish strategic technical ICAM direction, technology roadmaps and plans. Understanding of the current ICAM marketplace as it applies to the Federal sector. Demonstrate strong information security engineering skills and operational experience, including but not limited to Identity and Access Management, network security, endpoint security, cloud security, crypto, mobility, API and application services, IoT, and end user computing. Strong knowledge of federal security regulations, NIST guidelines, and industry security requirement benchmarks. In-depth experience leading the design and integration of enterprise-level technical solutions and service management solutions. Experienced in developing to-be-architecture, concepts of operations, and transformation roadmaps. Strong capability and extensive experience in capturing technical requirements and defining technical solutions in the form of conceptual, logical, and physical designs. Strong capability to gather solution design information, architectural principles, available technologies, third-party products, and industry standards to formulate a solution that meets the Federal Agency requirements.
