This is very critical, and we need to have a strong PM candidate. Preferable if he has any Life Sciences or Pharma or Research background. RI&SE seeks a talented, experienced, self-driven and collaborative project manager to drive successful realization of software programs that create and deliver transformational solutions, enabling cutting edge research and the discovery of groundbreaking therapeutics. Driving for value and impact, you will: Provide strong project management skills to drive roadmap elaboration, project planning, decision-making, budget management, communication, coordination and tracking of activities to deliver key milestones. Engage project stakeholders, researchers, technical leads and delivery teams to understand their requirements, achieve deliverables, identify and manage critical path activities, Efficiently diagnose, navigate, and collaboratively resolve project disconnects or issues. Surface project risks as they arise, work with the team to prioritize and remove obstacles, and hold stakeholders accountable for resolution. Demonstrate and foster teamwork, collaborate productively with and influence project team, peers and all levels of management. Manage communication, including meetings and presentations Develop actionable change and adoption strategies integrated in project plans, including a communication plan and sponsor roadmap, to maximize value for our user community. Develop measurement strategies to ensure programs delivering their intended value; and take a broad view of cross-functional activities to raise and leverage inter-dependencies.
