The ideal candidates will have a strong background in Salesforce, preferably with expertise in Health Cloud and Care Management domains. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Facilitate feature and story grooming, ensuring alignment with business needs. Work closely with technical teams to size and prioritize stories within an Agile framework. Drive process improvements and provide insights to optimize business workflows. Ensure effective communication across cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of Salesforce Business Analysis experience. Salesforce certifications are mandatory, including Salesforce Business Analyst Certification. Health Cloud Certification is highly preferred. Care Management domain experience is a significant advantage. Strong understanding and application of Agile methodologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
