Job Title: Microsoft 365 Engineer (CoPilot Required) Location: Hybrid in Malvern, PA Duration: 6+ Months Must Have Any Work Authorization and LinkedIn Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Engineer with expertise in CoPilot functionalities to join our team. This role will focus on the integration, management, and optimization of Microsoft 365 environments, leveraging the capabilities of Microsoft CoPilot to improve productivity and streamline operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless deployment, customization, and administration of Microsoft 365 tools, along with understanding and optimizing the potential of Microsoft CoPilot for our enterprise environment. Must Have -Microsoft 365 and Copilot: Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and Copilot functionalities, including integration and customization. Key Responsibilities: Microsoft 365 Administration and Support: Configure, manage, and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, Azure Active Directory (AAD), and Security & Compliance. Implement and manage user provisioning, authentication, security policies, and permissions across Microsoft 365 applications. Perform routine system health checks, updates, and troubleshooting of Microsoft 365 environments. CoPilot Integration & Optimization: Work closely with Microsoft CoPilot functionalities to understand integration options and provide recommendations for maximizing efficiency. Customize and configure Microsoft CoPilot for specific organizational needs, optimizing AI-powered features for productivity enhancements. Develop and maintain CoPilot-based workflows to automate business processes and improve collaboration across Microsoft 365 applications. Migration & Deployment: Lead and support the migration of legacy systems to Microsoft 365, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Oversee the rollout and adoption of new Microsoft 365 features and CoPilot enhancements across the organization. Collaboration & Training: Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to align Microsoft 365 and CoPilot integrations with organizational goals. Develop training materials and conduct sessions to educate end-users on the capabilities of Microsoft 365 and CoPilot tools. Security & Compliance: Implement Microsoft 365 security best practices, including multi-factor authentication (MFA), conditional access policies, data loss prevention (DLP), and retention policies. Maintain and monitor compliance requirements through the Microsoft Compliance Center and provide ongoing support for regulatory audits. Continuous Improvement & Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 and CoPilot-related issues, escalating as needed to Microsoft support teams. Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft 365 and CoPilot features, enhancements, and industry best practices. Required Qualifications: Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and One Drive for Business. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot functionalities, including integration, automation, and AI-based capabilities. Proficiency in Azure Active Directory (AAD) and related tools such as Intune, Security & Compliance Center, and Power Automate. Familiarity with Power scripting to automate and manage Microsoft 365 tasks. Expertise in Microsoft 365 security features (e.g., MFA, Conditional Access, Data Loss Prevention). Experience: 5+ years of experience managing and supporting Microsoft 365 environments. Proven experience integrating Microsoft CoPilot within a corporate ecosystem, driving value and productivity gains. Previous experience with migration and deployment of Microsoft 365 workloads. Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900) or related Microsoft 365 certifications. Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or other Microsoft certifications. Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to train and guide non-technical users. Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail. Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
