Design and implement manufacturing processes for high-precision medical devices. Optimize production using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) to monitor and maintain validated processes. Perform statistical analysis of critical quality attributes to meet product specifications. Support hands-on manufacturing equipment tasks and design fixtures using CAD software like SolidWorks. Create standard work procedures to establish robust, high-quality processes. Must-Have Skills: Experience with Medical Device Validation (IQ/OQ/PQ). Proficiency in statistical tools (e.g., DOE, ANOVA, Control Charts) and software like Minitab. Background in Statistical Process Control (SPC) and process capability (CpK).
