Architect with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Cloud Basics, MQ Administration and WAS Admininstration. Experience in Loan Booking is a plus. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects that drive our companys success and positively impact society. Responsibilities Design and implement robust infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements and ensure high availability and performance. Oversee the administration and maintenance of MQ systems to ensure seamless communication between applications. Provide technical guidance and support to development teams on cloud-based solutions and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define infrastructure requirements and develop comprehensive architecture plans. Ensure the security and compliance of infrastructure systems by implementing industry-standard practices and protocols. Monitor and optimize system performance, identifying and resolving any issues that arise. Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure architecture, processes, and procedures. Conduct regular assessments of infrastructure systems to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Lead the evaluation and selection of new technologies and tools to enhance infrastructure capabilities. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions that align with business goals. Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure the resilience of infrastructure systems. Provide training and mentorship to junior team members to foster their professional growth.
