The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in SAP project management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive large-scale projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus. PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification is preferred. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in SAP project management, with at least 3-5 full lifecycle SAP implementations. Extensive knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, HR) and experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable. Proven experience in managing large-scale, complex SAP projects in a global or multi-site environment. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or similar platforms. Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring all project objectives are met within agreed timelines and financial constraints. Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within scope. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, managing relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and third-party vendors. Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and steering committee reviews to keep all stakeholders informed and aligned. Work closely with business units to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure that project outcomes meet the strategic goals of the organization. Team Leadership and Coordination: Lead cross-functional project teams, including consultants, developers, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality project outcomes. Mentor and coach team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment. Ensure effective communication and collaboration among all project team members, promoting a unified approach to achieving project goals. Risk Management and Quality Assurance: Identify, assess, and manage project risks, developing and implementing mitigation strategies as needed. Monitor and control project progress, addressing any deviations from the project plan promptly to keep the project on track.
