Role: SAP QM/MFG Location: Chicago, IL (only Locals) Duration: Contract Experience: 10+ years C2C : Yes, Only H1B Role Description: Key Responsibilities: Configure, implement, and support SAP QM and MFG modules to align with business processes and requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to quality and manufacturing processes. Design and deliver SAP solutions that support quality management, including inspections, quality notifications, and audit processes. Optimize manufacturing processes through SAP MFG functionalities, including production planning, shop floor management, and work center management. Ensure seamless integration of SAP QM/MFG modules with other SAP modules such as MM, PP, and SD. Provide expertise in master data management, including material master, bill of materials (BOM), and routing. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Deliver end-user training and create documentation to support adoption and efficient system use. Participate in SAP upgrades, migrations, and new implementations as required. Stay updated with the latest developments in SAP QM and MFG functionalities and recommend best practices. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP QM and MFG modules. Strong understanding of SAP QM functionalities, including quality planning, quality inspections, and quality certifications. Proficiency in SAP MFG processes such as production planning, execution, and manufacturing integration. Experience with SAP configuration and customization to meet specific business needs. Familiarity with SAP integration points with other modules like MM, PP, and SD. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective and efficient solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
