This is an intense effort where we need the highest caliber resource. Candidate needs to be able to quickly deliver results and value to the project effort and thrive on intense software implementations with many resources involved. Project Overview: Scope: Implementation of Workday and UKG, involving over 10 interdependent workstreams, including HR, payroll, and integrations with existing systems. Implementation Partner: Deloitte, which has assigned a dedicated Project Manager to lead the overall implementation. Project Timeline: The project is currently underway, with a go-live date set for December 15, 2025 . Ideal Candidate Profile: Proven experience managing large-scale system implementation projects (Workday and/or UKG experience preferred). Strong background in stakeholder management, with the ability to engage with senior executives effectively. Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple interdependent workstreams and competing priorities. Familiarity with working alongside consulting partners, such as Deloitte, in a project management capacity.
