SQL Developer Onsite in Houston, TX 77042 Need resume under 4-5 pages Contract - Contract to hire role Need someone who can start development from scratch (Infrastructure)- We e is seeking an experienced SQL Developer with advanced T-SQL and query optimization expertise . The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business requirements, data flows, and the necessary technologies for data ingestion and transformation. The role requires both a strong foundation in relational databases and a working knowledge of non-relational databases (NoSQL). The candidate will also be proficient in Business Intelligence (BI) and data warehousing technologies, from development to maintenance, and must have excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams. Key Responsibilities: Write, review, and optimize advanced T-SQL queries. Understand business requirements and data flows to design and implement robust data solutions. Develop and maintain relational databases, with expertise in database design, management, and query optimization. Work with non-relational databases (NoSQL) and provide insight into best practices for their implementation. Utilize BI and data warehousing technologies, ensuring solutions are scalable and maintainable. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data solutions align with organizational objectives. Provide support for ETL processes, including the use of SSIS, SQL CDC, and SQL Replication. Implement and manage PowerBI, SSRS, and SSAS for effective reporting and analysis. Perform scripting and automation using Power. Work with cloud technologies, with a preference for Azure (good to have). Technologies Required: SQL Server Non-relational databases (NoSQL) PostgreSQL (good to have) T-SQL, indexing, query optimization PowerBI, SSRS, SSAS SSIS, SQL CDC, SQL Replication Power Azure cloud technologies Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of experience in SQL development and database management. Proven expertise in advanced T-SQL, relational database design, and performance tuning. Experience in BI/data warehousing development, with strong skills in reporting and analytics tools. Strong knowledge of non-relational databases (NoSQL) and cloud technologies such as Azure. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various teams.
