The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, Absence Management, and Time & Labor modules, with a deep understanding of business processes in the payroll domain. This role involves leading the implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of the Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll application. The consultant will work closely with business teams to enhance and streamline processes while ensuring alignment with business needs and industry best practices. Key Responsibilities: Lead the business team through the project lifecycle, focusing on best practices and effective process adoption. Facilitate business requirements meetings and drive key decisions. Design, configure, and prepare solution blueprints for Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll and related modules. Collaborate with project teams and business stakeholders to implement Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll solutions. Hands-on configuration and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, and Time & Labor modules. Conduct training sessions and product familiarity workshops for business teams. Lead the creation of functional designs, configuration workbooks, and ensure proper implementation and testing. Provide post-go-live support and guide business teams on system usage and issues. Manage integrations between Payroll and third-party systems. Lead testing efforts, including test case preparation, user testing, and ensuring the success of system tests. Preferred Qualifications: 10+ years of experience implementing Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll solutions. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Functional Lead in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementations, specifically for North America. Proven experience with 3-5 full life cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud Payroll, Absence Management, and Time & Labor modules. Expertise in payroll processing, troubleshooting, quarterly upgrades, year-end activities, Fast Formula, Extracts, HDL, BI Publisher, and OTBI reporting. Experience in payroll taxation and configuration, including the ability to troubleshoot taxation issues. Strong understanding of payroll data integrations, including HCM Extracts and BI reporting. Deep knowledge of North American payroll requirements, including tax regulations and compliance. Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Payroll tables, GL integrations, and interface development with third-party systems. Oracle Cloud Payroll Certification is preferred.
