Position: Software Developer Duration: 9+ Months (with the possibility of extension) Location: Hybrid Job Description : There is an immediate need for a contract Software Developer position at the City of San Antonio. This candidate will provide support and development of highly visible and mission critical products used by the City for San Antonio Metro Health Department. Funding for this opportunity is grant funded and available through September 2026. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of technical and customer support skills to assist with the day-to-day support and product delivery. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience working with the following skillsets: .NET C# (Custom apps) Java ( API interaction) Javascript HTML, CSS Ability to adhere to strict delivery schedules and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously Knowledge of a Database Technology (Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle) and the ability to interpret schemas and/or author queries and stored procedures.
