Description Social Media Strategy and Delivery team is responsible for the technologies leveraged by Social Media space. We handle the major technology platforms that support our Corporate Communications and Customer Care Operations for most of its subsidiaries. This position is for a Managed Services role within the Social Delivery team that would help us achieve our various business goals through the use of our major social media technology platforms. Candidates hired for this position would work extensively in the Sprinklr application, our major social technology platform. Responsibilities of this role include: Administration of major Social Media tools and applications (mainly Sprinklr) Implementing process flows in Sprinklr (and other tools) to deliver social media solutions for: Rules for Customer Message and Case routing on Social Media Social Media Listening Social Media Publishing Customer Surveys Social Media Response Bots Reporting Metrics on Social Operations Advising on, gathering requirements on, and grooming capabilities and configurations within the Sprinklr platform in partnership with multiple Business Units, including Consumer, Mexico and Corporate Communications Creation and maintenance of user accounts Issue tracking in iTrack: Provide technical support for reported production defects and customer issues Responding to defects within SLAs Documenting implementation, testing, and deployment efforts Qualifications The majority of the work done for this role would be done via the Sprinklr platform. Qualified candidates would have a very strong logical foundation in understanding and creating complex process flows, boolean logic, queuing theory, and at least a basic understanding of software development. Candidates must also possess very strong communication skills in order to work with a variety of different teams from different business units, companies, disciplines, and even countries. Project management and Agile methodology competency needed, as these roles encompass delivering, building, and documenting requirements and user stories.
