Looking Onsite || Hardware Electronics Engineer || Pennsylvania (Onsite) Requirement 3 Job Title: Hardware Electronics Engineer (1 Position) Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hardware Electronics Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development, definition, and support of remanufacturing processes, as well as ensuring compliance with technical regulations. Key Responsibilities Reman TR development PE Definition, FMEA, and industrialization support Listing of specifications to be used in remanufacturing of components Feasibility Assessment of Project Parts for Remanufacturing Document subcomponent inspection and replacement criteria Create Project Plan for each segment Ensure compliance with Technical Regulations Document the Remanufacturing Process Create and maintain R-FMEAs(Remanufacturing-Failure Modes & Effects Analysis). Performing tests and/or specifications to validate the final remanufactured part Deliver technical design review presentations Manage and deliver the Project Assurance Plan (PAP) through end-gate Competencies Required BSME / BSEE / BSCS or equivalent experience 4-6 years of experience Fluid Hydraulics experience (Pumps & Valves) Pneumatics experience Mechanical Powertrain Experience CAD Experience Experience with Electronic Control Modules (ECU) in both hardware and software Strong communication skills Project Management experience Vehicle and simulator test experience preferred Specific Software & Database Knowledge Requirements PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Experience with KOLA Experience with GLOPPS Knowledge of associated interface hardware and Volvo ECUs Experience with the Volvo PROTUS tool and process Proficiency in Microsoft Project We look forward to welcoming a dedicated and skilled professional who will contribute significantly to our remanufacturing projects and technical initiatives.
