Your role includes: Solution Design & Implementation: Collaborate with multiple teams to design configuration solutions for Workday Financial Data Model (FDM), Financial Accounting, and Budgets modules. Guide clients through key decision-making processes regarding Financial configuration. Consult with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions using Workday Financials. Solve complex problems for immediate and cross-functional teams. Team Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to ensure seamless integration and deployment of solutions. Support in troubleshooting issues and optimizing configurations. Must-Have Skills & Experience: Workday Financials Certification REQUIRED Workday Financial Accounting 5+ years Workday Financial Data Model (FDM) 5+ years Nice-to-Have Skills: Public Sector Experience Additional Workday Certifications (e.g., HCM, Payroll, other Financials) Experience with PeopleSoft Qualifications: Workday Certification in Financials is the primary requirement. Industry-specific experience in the Public Sector is preferred. A degree is not required. Important Notes : Qualifications: Workday Certification in Financials is the primary requirement.
