Design and Development: Design and develop ServiceNow SPM, ensuring adherence to leading practices. Customize and configure workflows, forms, fields, scripts, business rules, UI policies, and other ServiceNow components. Experience in Configuring various ServiceNow SPM applications (Idea, Demand, Agile 2.0, resource management Experience with Performance Analytics, Reporting, Dashboards, and Workbench development. Integration: Lead the development team to complete integration with third-party software Develop and maintain integrations using web services, APIs, and other integration technologies. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including system administrators, business analysts, and quality assurance teams, to deliver high-quality solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to meet evolving business needs. Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct unit testing and participate in quality assurance activities to ensure the reliability and functionality of developed solutions. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and test plans. Qualifications: 5+ years of ServiceNow development 2 -4 years of experience in SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management idea, demand, agile 2.0) Hands-on experience in scripting like Client Scripts, UI Policy, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Workflow/Flow and ACLs along with Performance Analytics. Experience in Integration (SOAP, REST, JSON, and Scripted Web Services) with 3rd party tools. Strong consulting skills to engage with customers during discovery workshops. Excellent presentation and communication abilities to articulate the value of SPM solutions.
